Domino's Reviews

Just wanted to say the black haired girl working at the till in Dominos today was absolutely lovely. She was very pleasant, helpful, and had such a friendly attitude. Great customer service like that really stands out, thank you!

Customer service is shocking, young woman working there has a serious attitude problem.
We ordered two pizzas and cinnamon dough balls, when we went in to collect we were told the cinnamon dough balls will be a few more minutes, we waited in store for 20 minute only to find out they still hadn’t even been put in the oven, we just asked for a refund for the dough balls but we would take the pizza, the girl shoved our problem on to a guy who ended up charging us again for the dough balls instead of refunding us.
After all this we then got out to the car with the pizzas only to find they were cremated after been under the heat lamps for so long whilst we waited for the dough balls that we didn’t even get in the end. When we went back in the guy said it was our fault the pizzas were over done because we took to long to collect them even though we were sitting in store for 20 minutes waiting on dough balls we didn’t even get.

Great atmosphere inside the shop. The ginger girl is lovely and always has a smile on her face anytime she greets me and fellow customers. Will definitely be coming ASAP. Well done!

They are incapable of making a pizza correctly. Wrong toppings for a third time. Never again. Awful customer service also. How difficult is it to follow an order and make a pizza correctly? Literally your one job.

Ordered dominos last night. PAID for a garlic dip 2.49€ for my large pizza and I didnt get it not even a small dip in the box. Delivery driver said next person could bring in but why should I have to wait? Then my pizza go cold. I tipped him too.
